VILA DE ART

Features: A 3 / 4 bedroom villa situated in a small urbanization a few kilometres west of Lagos. The area comprises of not more than about 20 properties - bungalows and villas.

Ground floor comprises of a spacious entrance hall, a large fully fitted kitchen with all up-to-date equipment such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill etc.; the lounge is elegantly furnished to a high standard with satellite / TV / stereo and a fireplace. Leading into open but separate dining room. Plus a utility / laundry room with washing machine. (For larger families the 4th bedroom is on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom).

The upper floor has 3 bedrooms each with balcony. There are two bathrooms; master bedroom is en-suite. The two other bedrooms (one with double beds and one with twin beds) have a shared bathroom. There is also a pleasant roof terrace, where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee particularly in the early morning sun. This balcony can also be reached by outside stairs.

The large swimming pool (10 x 5m) is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sun beds. There is plenty of area so guests can relax.
